Seoul Mediacity Biennale 1st trailer, 2016, HD video, 1minute 30second, color/sound

Hospital is the first official trailer of the 2016 Mediacity Seoul Biennale, entitled NERIRI KIRURU HARARA. Based on the similarity of lobby structure between museum and hospital, this video work shows a night scene in a general hospital where caregivers walk for exercise. The patient’s family members or caregivers usually walk along the hospital corridors late at night for exercise. In hospital, the space for the patients to rehabilitate, caregivers often go through a deeper depression than the patients. This trailer illustrates hospital as a place where the care-takers continuously exercise: the time when they try to recover from their own despair by walking around.
